Row 20 (all version) have restricted recline
Row 20 and 21 have greater leg room

Row 7DEF has underseat storage behind 5EF and added legroom (the partition is only above the seats).

11A, 12A, and 12F do not have windows.

On the -900, row 5A/B (last row of F) has limited recline due to the wall of the mid-cabin lavatory. Row 5E/F has about half the recline as other rows due to the close spacing of the bulkhead behind. The MAX9 has full recline for all rows 1-5.
