Looks like I am the lucky winner...

I have flown UA weekly so far this year but haven't boooked/flown for the past two weeks - I just assumed this was a "resume flying and get rewarded" offer. Lucky for me I have to make 12 RTs between now and July 15th...

Same status and offer as you. I have only flown (paid) on UA twice so far this year. No email received and I am definitely on all their subscription lists. I should be able to hit the 4 r/t by July now that I have an incentive to get back with them.

Mine was 6-7-8 for a 1K.

I wonder if it is based on # of RTs or segments YTD? I have only flown SFO-BKK and SFO-IAD prior to 3/3 and nothing since (boycotting basically)... and this 1K got the offer of:
5,000 bonus award miles for 1 roundtrip
10,000 bonus award miles for 2 roundtrips
25,000 bonus award miles for 4 roundtrips
5,000 bonus award miles for 1 roundtrip
10,000 bonus award miles for 2 roundtrips

Why is it generating random amounts of flights for different tiers?
Mine says:
RJNYC, earn 5,000 bonus award miles for 3 roundtrips, 10,000 bonus award miles for 4 roundtrips and a maximum of 25,000 bonus award miles for 6 roundtrips.
Which seems to be different from what other golds are receiving.
