DL Skyclub membership changes (Tiered) Will UA follow?

DL just announced changes to the Skyclub membership. It looks to be a tiered membership where the top tier allows for guests and the lower tier requires you to pay a reduced price for guests. I only skimmed the details but it does not look like the top tier provides any other benefits such as premium food options/free premium drinks. FWIW, top tier is $695 for general members and discounts up to $100 based on status.
