This is an archive thread, the active thread is [Consolidated]UA/Partner flights miles not posting?

If a United / United Express flight has not posted within 5 days, you may request missing flight credit
Go to the bottom of the page and sign-in into your account
You will need the e-ticket number.
Requests may be submitted up to 12 months after the date of your flight.

For missing flight partner credit you will need to wait 15 7 days.
For any segment operated by a Star Alliance partner airline, Aer Lingus or Jet Airway, you’ll need to enter additional information along with the ticket number.

For missing non-flight partner credit you will need to wait 8 weeks before requesting missing credit

related thread: Retroactive flight credit for new MP account
UA claims I was a "no show" , cancelled rest of itin -- but I did actually fly!!!

I'm hoping others are getting their flights posted (and that I don't have to waste effort to get these posted myself). Curious to see if others are having this experience.
yeap been numerous reports -- UA Insider reported postings had been turned off for awhile but stated they had started posting again.

Welcome to the new UA, where miles will now take 48-72 hours to post even when the system is working correctly.

You know, most of us are not petty, and quibbling about miles posting in 24 hrs vs 5 days may seem so, but it makes a difference when one is on the cusp of elevating to higher status later in the year and has a flight to take right when the posted flight could have made a difference---like getting up to 1K.

That scenario is likely to evolve for many of us as the year wears on.

The CO system often didn't post mileage as fast as the UA system.

Since we're on a legacy CO system, you can expect miles to take longer to post. In my experience you can also expect to wait 14-21 days for mileage to post after you've waited 30 days to make the request for missing mileage.

Maybe the new UA will do more about it than the old CO did.

I would not be surprised that they stopped posting for a while. The whole PQM zeroing out mess is probably hard to fix - how do you back out / reverse the changes caused by the bug?

So, not only they have to fix the bug, they also have to fix the damage first. So, it seems the smart thing to do is to turn things off for a while.

I flew a mixed trip on 3/2 - the 2nd leg on UA credited but not the 1st leg on CO. My PQM has not disappeared.

The outbound flight on 2/27 on CO never showed up but it seems they are added to the totals.

Old MP# was used for the trip.

Just be glad this is not a bank system.

I'm still waiting for 3/1 flights to post, though 2/29 miles from a US flight posted promptly.
