What am I missing? Is this just a glitch? I'd requested AVML.

Enjoyed the salmon topped with lump crab in C from SFO to PEK this week.
Definitely feeling like things have improved a bit since the changes in June.

Flying ORD-NRT in F next month...my wife is a vegetarian..will there definitely be a vegetarian option or should she request asian veg which she did IAH-HNL and found it to be indian food and way too salty. Any thoughts on how the washoku zen meals have been of late?
thanks

I fly this route all the time and the japanese meal always has some meat in it, so I would request the vegetarian option in advance.
Good Luck.

Can someone please tell me what kind of meal to expect for a dinner service on a SFO-YYZ flight?

If you have a choice, AC will be a much better experience.

I look forward to hearing about it. If you remember, please pass along the wines/champagnes on offer as well....this is most important
I should have clarified; my wife is vegetarian, but I am not, so thats why I was asking about the Japanese meal quality vs. western options.
Again, is a vegetarian option always on the menu or does it need to be pre-ordered?

Seriously, UA F wines would be OK in C; their C wines are better left on the ground. But the champagnes are usually OK;I haven't had my socks knocked off in quite a while, but not bad.

CRB Business Class; What To Expect
Taking my family ORD-STT via IAH, SJU over Thanksgiving. Upgraded to an R fare from a U fare. What can I expect as far as meal service? It's listed as Lunch. I assume it'll be a domestic ETOPS plane IAH-SJU so no lie flat. Thanks in advance.
