Yes. The Team Captain should be posting shortly.
And as promised. Come one, come all...be a puller or be a cheerleader

In the past everyone's name was on a list, and they crossed you off when you picked up your wristband. No documentation required. Of course, the past is not always representative, etc.

I'm confirmed!

Heads up for those flying in for weekend: Oracle Open World convention in SF, 10/2-6, which translates to expensive or sold out hotels that week & both weekends before & after. This includes SFO airport hotels, Peninsula & the City. Strongly recommend securing accommodations before booking tickets.

Hi FortFun, we'll follow the same process this year. We have the list of names and will again give out wrist bands. I look forward to seeing everyone.

You do realised UA fleet week is Oct 9 right ? If Oracle is Oct 2-6, wouldn't those attendees be long gone by the 9th ? I don't see flights or hotels are being full at all for that weekend, it is just that weekend hotels in SFO are exceptionally expensive, cost the same or more than those in the city.

If the people are planning to go to Oracle, they would have reserved their flights and hotels by now, as it is the next saturday, but so far looking at Oct 7/8/9, pretty wide open for hotels.

Free shuttle questions

The free Shuttle is at the bus loading downstairs for employee and long term parking ? Is this the same type of bus
or a United bus?

Maybe one of the tulip buses that I've seen driving around the tarmac

If you received the confirmed email, it already said that the shuttle is by the baggage claim at T3. And it would mark "Event" on the side.

As i recieved the email i was just trying to clarify since baggage claim at SFO is quite long and the bus stop has multiple companies operating from this stop
Maybe someone can clarify further?

DoubleTree

HGI = Hilton Garden Inn San Mateo was $94 adv rate too, now since it is less than 2 weeks, adv rate was gone. This place is further from SFO, but it does have shuttle to SFO, I stayed in this property last year for the fleet week.
