Flew EWR-CHA this morning, then rented a car and drove 30 miles to dalton, georgia. Checked into the Hilton garden inn, and walked next door to chili's.
And I swear I saw 10 people from the EWR-CHA flight at that stupid chili's. Bizarre.

tonight's entry in the "it could be worse" department...
landed at BOS at 1:03am, and went to the penalty box (aka taxiway mike). gate occupied. finally rolled in at 1:33am, adding half an hour to an already longer than expected IAH-BOS trip..
could be worse! the plane occupying our gate was the 6:25p BOS-DEN. it pushed at 1:24am for a lovely mostly-full-739-westbound-redeye... i'm going to get more sleep tonight than those people!
