MAJOR Disruption London Bridge Station 23rd - 31th August 2014
There will be major disruption to rail services involving London Bridge Train Station (Underground is not involved) due to works required as part of the Thameslink programme.
Basically 1/2 the station will be CLOSED and Southern and First Capital Connect services will NOT operate. South Eastern services (to Kent) will operate normally.
London Overground Services will likely be extra busy as will some tube stations (especially Canada Water which connects the Jubilee Line and the Overground)

* note London Reconnections can be a bit (OK a lot) train geek at times but the main articles are a really good read

This is only going to get worse over the next few years due to rolling platform closures at London Bridge mainline.
