Thank you so much for the replies guys. I visited the SkyTeam link that Swiss Tony provided and found the following:
Also
So I may have to see an immigration officer for TWOV.
I will have a confirmed onward DUB-LHR-BCN flights where I will spend couple of days prior to my cruise BCN-VCE. I will have a confirmed cruise ticket and all hotel reservations (actually AirBNB reservations) handy should the custom officer requested. I will have my confirmed return flights VCE-DUS-MIA as well.
Just for safe measure, I have requested my friend who reside near BOS to stop by the EI counter to inquire my reservation.
I hope I got everything covered.
I know it's tough but I'm hoping someone who's in my situation (non US-passport that transited in DUB and London to go to an EU country) can share their experience.
Thanks again!

Additional Information:
- There is no passport control on traffic between Great
Britain and Northern Ireland and Ireland (Rep.). British
authorities impose a strict control on passengers transiting
Great Britain and Northern Ireland to a destination within
Ireland (Rep.). Passengers travelling e.g.
Frankfurt-London-Dublin who are not holding onward or return
tickets, may be thoroughly interrogated. To avoid serious
delay, such passengers must hold return or onward tickets
beyond Ireland (Rep.) to destinations outside Great Britain
and Northern Ireland.

Hello,
I know it's been months but just want to give an update.
I traveled the original itinerary and I was able to without any issues with visa. The only "minor" problem I encountered was at BOS. During boarding, the gate agent looked at mine and SO's partner and asked if we need a transit visa for LHR which we answered no. I then showed her a screenshot from UK Immigration website which stated we don't need a visa and she was satisfied with that.
In DUB, I went thru the transfer gates, which the officer looked briefly at my passport and waved us through. No stamp or anything on my passport. In LHR, the transfer was much more complicated but it was no problem (beside having to take out all the liquid from our carryon and somehow make them fit into a Ziploc bag. And if you thought TSA check is bad, wait til you experienced UK's version of TSA
Otherwise, no issues and thank you for all the help.

BTW - one note, the Common Travel Area is common ONLY for British and Irish citizens, everyone else is supposed to have visas (or waivers) for BOTH UK & Ireland. Of course it's hard to police once you are in the CTA but it could be a problem at check-in in Boston
