Quite glossy. Can't seem to get it to work on mobile though.
I really wish they'd update the main website rather than keep making these glossy extra ones (eg mileage change one).

100% agreed. They could be doing more useful things like letting us select seats w/o having to call, allowing online upgrades, etc. but no... They need to create a website for their lounge that everyone already knows.
