Have the same error in Chrome + Firefox. As soon as I switch to Turkish, it works.
After I had the pictures + video without understanding a word, I figured I can use chromes translation feature which works, too
So after playing it twice, I'm sure I know what all the words mean and so I'll learn a bit of Turkish
in addition to Merhaba & Hoschboduk (however this should be written correctly, I know how to say it after boarding the plane once they've welcomed me).

According to the Turkish T&C, campaign runs until February 15 and draw will take place on March 4.

- Çekilişle, 1 kişiye 1.000.000 MİL, 100 kişiye 240.000 MİL hediye edilecektir. Mil ikramiyesi içerik bilgisi; Miller, THY Miles&Smiles kart sahipleri tarafından kullanılabilir ve yurt içi ve yurt dışı THY uçuş programında yer alan istenilen yere uçuş için THY uçak bileti alımında, 30.11.2015 tarihine kadar geçerli olacak şekilde kazanan kişinin Miles&Smiles kartına yüklenerek sunulacaktır. 30.11.2015 tarihine kadar kullanılmayan ikramiye miller geçersiz olacaktır ve bu tarihten sonra kullanılamaz, bilet alınamaz. İkramiye miller ile bilet alımında, THY’nin uçuş ve rezervasyon prosedürüne uygun şekilde, uçuştan belirtilen süre kadar önceden rezervasyon yapılarak bilet alınmalıdır. İkramiye biletin kullaımında, talihliden kaynaklı gecikme veya her türlü aksaklıktan talihli sorumludur, THY ve Denizajans sorumlu değildir.

Asil ve yedek talihlilere taahhütlü posta yolu ile tebligat yapılacaktır. Postada meydana gelebilecek gecikme ve aksamalardan Türk Hava Yolları Anonim Ortaklığı ve DenizAjans sorumlu tutulamaz. Asil ve yedek son başvuru tarihine kadar gerekli belgeler ile başvurmayan asil ve yedek talihliler ikramiyelerini teslim alamazlar. İkramiyeyi teslim alabilmek için asil talihlinin son başvuru tarihi 26.03.2015 ve yedek talihlilerin son başvuru tarihi 10.04.2015 tarihine kadardır. İkramiyelerin son kullanımı 30.11.2015 tarihine tarihine kadar yapılacaktır.

Any US residents having trouble receiving codes via cell phones since Jan 27th?
Update: It's working again, so it wasn't my phone. Reading the first few posts it seems certain members have (had) the same issues, given this is TK, nothing really surprises me.

cannot get 25 million miles text message. any way around?
I'm in China and my +86 cell phone never seems to get the 25 million miles text confirmation message. of course I would like to give the promotion my try. has anyone here found another way to enter? called customer service today (friendly and quick today, btw) but they didn't know another way to get me the confirmation number either.

A few days ago I could not receive the text messages, now it's telling me I have exceeded my daily limit (my last entries were well over 24 hours ago), TK's operation is really something else.

Tried another mobile but no cigar. TK are absolutely useless when running these promotions. Why not just let us log into the M&S account and register that way?
