I have to give TK credit--had to fly this flight on short-notice (less than 36 hours). The award ticket process was incredibly easy (all on-line... less than five minutes) and the service impeccable. The virgin lounge at dulles isn't the greatest, but who cares? It was a fantastic flight--thanks for your review.

Thanks for sharing this - TK is on my short list of a major 'bucket list' Canada to Asia (via Turkey) and I'm more and more convinced this will be a best use of my Aeroplan miles... (in business)
