Refund Question
I've got an O Class reservation LAX - IST that was booked through Expedia. Am I going to need to visit a Turkish sales office to get this refunded or can it be accomplished over the phone with either Turkish or Expedia?

You need to go through the original booking source, i.e. Expedia.
