I actually got one of the routes where the 9W aircraft will be flying. However the seat map on Turkish still shows the A330 configuration in Business. Is there anyway I can ensure I get one of the First class seats?

I'm on 069 from BKK to IST in the beginning of August on a *A award in J. Expert Flyer shows everything till row 9 as occupied. Does that really mean those seats are gone or is it possible that they will open up later?

I'm wondering the same thing. With the F-seats blocked, how does one get access to them?

How are the business seats on these planes compared to normal TK 777 business?

I believe they are a bit narrower, but full-flat, very good for a long-haul flight: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ly3ikv5kqo

I'm considering to book IST-BKK. Will I get normal miles on United according to TK table or Jet Airways mileage accrual? It's a bid deal to me, elite miles vs non-elite miles.

Thanks!

Only the aircraft has a connection with Jet Airways, not your miles. You will get your status miles, as the flight is operated by TK.

Thanks! It's a little confusing when ITA says operated by 9W, but I see now that the flights are not sold by 9W (actually it seems 9W does not even fly to IST).

I tried writing my local TK-office about how to get assigned to those blocked seats but they didn't bother to answer.

Does anybody know?

Are these 9w 777's a full wet lease, or are they staffed by TK crew ?

Just had a look at the IST-BKK flights - on no flights are rows 1-2 available - both blocked on every date I checked (presuming http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Jet..._777-300ER.php)

No A class showing.

I have a confirmed booking between IST and BKK for 17 July (TK-68) and 12 August (TK-69) so i presume that will fly on the Jet 777-300ER.
But my seat reservation is for 2B on each flight ?
I think that my reservation is make before the 777 became active and i wonder how they honor my seat reservation as there is no B seat in row 2.
BTW i'm Elite Plus Member.

I was first booked in row 2 for my next 4 flights but i saw that I'm re-booked to row 9 and 10.
TK office informed me that row 1 and 2 are already gone for all my flight.
Looks like a lot of friends of TK which have those seats know :-(
