It's possible to pay without going to the sales office, I'm currently handling payment with credit card authorization form signed, mailed to the office.

I inquired the Chicago office over email, perhaps you should do it with Houston office

If possible, try to befriend folks at your nearest TK sales office in Houston, I've been to Chicago office a few times and now they recognize me, it's much easier to get things done.

Hello, I am trying to claim missing miles with my flights on Air Canada (YUL to/from YYZ). However, I got an error saying that "ACxxx YUL-YYZ xx.xx.2017 INVALID CLASS." But according to the website (https://p.turkishairlines.com/en-ca/...ada/index.html), Economy with Booking Class M can earn 100% with minimum mileage of 500. Am I missing anything obvious here?

Hi guys, does anyone know where to find the award tables for Miles & Smiles on the (horrible) new website?
I don't see the link to "revert to old version" anymore...
Thanks!

@vincewy I finally resolved my award issue and paid over the phone. Detailed it in this post: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/28834876-post20.html @cerberusbites I still see the old website link on my webpage (the new site). here it is- http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-us?returnoldversion

Can't seem to find an award chart either. The Points Guy talks about it from an Aug 2017 article https://thepointsguy.com/guide/all-a...-miles-smiles/. His links to the award charts just take me to the Turkish website and no chart so maybe they are down for now.

I’m wanting to book LH F using M&S...

my plan is to book some J tickets to my destination and if LH F pops up, cancel my J tickets and book LH F.

Anyone know how long it takes to put the miles back into my account to be used again?

It took me 1 week for each of my Citi transfers and that was daily calling, DMing, until it cleared. I would think redepositing miles would take some time/weeks. Good luck.

Found a new website worth a look. Never seen this site: http://www.new-milesandsmiles.com

I believe this is the chart as it matches what I paid one-way in Business Limited- Turkey-Middle East (17,5K) http://www.new-milesandsmiles.com/index_en.html

I fly JFK-IST on TK12 arriving into IST at 17:25 and depart on TK730 the following morning at 02:10. Therefore there is an 8 hour and 45 minute layover.
The first segment is in business class but the second segment is in economy. Would I still be eligible for the free hotel?

This article in 2016 makes it look like they are strict about what qualifies (doesn't necessarily answer your question). https://travelcodex.com/want-a-turki...ad-this-first/

Log in to your account and choose 'special offers'. There is a mileage calculator there for earn and spend. It also gives an idea of the likely taxes.

Hello,

I was looking at TLV-CPT and the two best options are TK or ET. ET sounds like upgrades to biz from economy using UAL miles are almost impossible. How is TK? How much chance do I have of getting an upgrade on TK (TLF-CPT) with UAL miles? TIA

Hi there,

My Elite status is valid until Dec 31, 2018. I have done 28K miles this year (2017). Does
that mean, if I do 9.5K next year, my elite membership will renew until Dec 31, 2020 ?

Please let me know.. Thanks in advance.

When I check the miles required on the new-milesandsmiles website, I cannot find any results for the Oceania region.
Does this mean I cannot fly from Australia?
Would be great if anyone can solve my query.
Thanks

I remember reading somewhere that it's possible to get a Turkish frequent flyer card printed at Istanbul airport if you lost one. Is that true or is my memory failing me?

@dope- I posted the chart in #1552 of this forum and it shows Oceania (careful to look at the correct tab for RT, Business Limited, etc).
