Just want to check which is better on this route vice versa C class.
Do they have old seats? I know 777 is better as the aircraft is leased from jetairways.

The A330-200s and the A340s used on this route have the same J Class.

The aircraft type for this route is all over the map.

started off with A340 when I booked an award seat a number of months ago for a trip in March 2011. When I tried to confirm the seat assignment and called them beginning of Jan 2011, they said that they couldn't assign me the seat yet as the aircraft type is not certain at the time. Told me to call back. I thought that maybe they will put the new 777 on this route by the time I'm travelling.

Checked yesterday and it showed the 77W with first class, so I called in to get upgraded from biz to 1st.

The likelihood that they are swapping the aircraft again between now and end of March is still pretty high, so... who knows.

Im also close pulling a trigger on IST-BKK-IST and im wondering the seating in J. What is odd is that with some dates i can select comfort-class when the booking engine shows that the aircraft is 340. This can't be true because comfort-class is only on their 777? Any info is appreciated.

777

Any chance TK are flying the 777s on the IST-BKK routes around the end of July?

Im booking a *A rewards F class trip and this route is Business only.. if its business only any chance of a good C class product?

Is it a 77W? if so would i be OP-Up'd to first?

Incorrect information at flight24. Nothing to worry about.

I have one in July that started as an A333 and is now an A332. I expect it will change once more before departure. Go figure!

That would explain why I can't book seats on it. Apparently the system normally says when seats will open but on my flight this information is not there - it just says seats not open.

Yes, flight data says its still flying. However it doesn't appear on TKs website. How can one book on it?! Is flight data collating incorrect data?

All the BKK flights have either the new 333 aircrafts with the new seats in Business or the 343 aircrafts with older flat seats on the days that the flight goes on to SGN.

The new 77Ws are not deployed on the BKK route for the remainder of the year.

The leased 77W is only serving HKG till end of Sep. After that no more F class.
