TK 26&27

I am in J on TK26 and TK27 in mid June. (12, 23) Does the Wifi still cut off two hours from IST or does it go further now? Does Row 1 have full windows?

exit row at A333

I am mixed up. At THY and seat guru sites both the row 25 is indicated as exit one at A333. At the THY office I was told that it is 24, not 25. I think that is since there is no row 13 on seating plan at webs while in fact there is that one. Is it like that? And which one, 24 or 25, is the exit row actually?

until yesterday I had the B773 for my IST-ORD flight on the 5 June, now it seems as though it's changed to A333

does the A333 have wi-fi on board ?

I'm flying TK 80, SFO-IST in 777-300 and have a question about leg room.

Flying SFO-IST next month on TK's new 777-300 in Row 11 (first row of economy). Does anyone know if there is any additional leg room in this row? I know there is no floor storage during take off and landing and the seat is narrower due to IFE but any insight into the leg room would be great. Thanks in advance.

No wi-fi on my A333 YUL-IST last week
I'd even guess wi-fi is on 777 (77W/77B) only for now

So my friend flew to Abu Dhabi last week ( TK868 15/05 - Tk869 19/05) he wflew both legs in business on A332 planes.here comes the interesting part;

On the flight outbound the plane had a herringbone design business class and on the way back classic non-lie flat business class but with first class in the front row(s?)

Anyone have any idea/info about these planes?

I knew and flew on the 777W leased from Jet Airways but have never heard about these A332's . According to my friend the flying chef on-board claimed that these were the newest layout for business class in TK.

I flew on this aircraft between Istanbul and Baku. I believe they are leased aircraft. The front 'First Class' cabin is used as additional business class. I don't think it's the newest layout as TK don't offer First Class.

Those are ex TAM Airlines birds. 4 F 36J , however all sold as J.

The ones with herringbone are ex Jet Airways 30J.

Had to go through 4 passport checks at IST due to USA flights, wow
Entered E-entrance for FastTrack, E-check in counter, then walked to the end, waited 10-15 minutes for security/passport control to go straight into CIP lounge

Flew the special livery NEW 77B IST-ORD in J (EDIT: TC-JJU San Francisco livery)

IST had crazy delay, we were 15th for takeoff = 30 minutes wait (2:20-2:50pm takeoff)

Inside looked the same, no NEW car smell
Wi-fi worked great (about 1MB download max) all the way. 1 device PER SEAT. $9.99 USD for 1-hour, $14.99 USD for 24-hour access (J pax got 24-hour one per device)

Q: what are these GREEN lights on top of the seats? Some were on, some were off
I know pressing the DND button made it WHITE, but couldn't guess what GREEN meant

It depends.

Last week I flew to BKK with TC-JOF (2 months old A330-303 bird) on J. Excelent Wi-Fi connection and Android based touch-screen IFE and remote control.

And return to IST 3 days later with TC-JOD on J. No Wi-Fi at all. But nobody knows why. We had power problems before the engines start. Old styled IFE re-booted may be 20 times when technician guy working on power distribution panel at outside of metal. We headed to IST after 2 hours repairing job. End of the flight we arrive 90 minutes delayed without Wi-Fi.

Wife and I are flying TK0008 in September for our honeymoon which, from what I can find, is an A330-300/333. We are in class V so I suspect any chances of even buying an upgrade is low/not worth it so I am trying to determine best seat options. We are currently 7A/B but reading online says 37A/B or J/K offers more space. Since we are both 6'+, space is wanted. Can anyone here comment or suggest?

thanks

I travelled TK08, A-333 in July. I would recommend rows 6 or 24 as they have more leg space.
