OAK: Global Entry?
I read news there are now Global Entry machines at OAK. Let me ask: is this real or just empty propaganda ?

One GE machine was installed but nonoperational the last time I pass through. GE member do get "front-of the line" privilege if the machine is inoperative, so do have a declaration form filled out as a back up.

This is a good start. Last time it took me over 1:30 to clear coming back from ARN.
