Interviewed 2/8

I am confused. I had my interview 2/8 and was asked nothing other than verification of home address and email and confirming never arrested and never having a customs violation. Okay now we just need your picture and fingerprints. Then told I was approved and that the card will take up to 10 days to come in the mail. It's now 2/16 and I never received the email about GOES status update and when I log in it still says my status is interview scheduled. The agent had to reboot the computer during the session because it froze and needed me to do the fingerprints again. I am wondering now if something has gone awry and if I need to contact someone.

Flying in two weeks and have already updated all my outstanding reservations and frequent flier accounts with the KTN from the application.

Call your interview location and ask them.

I applied for GE on 6th Feb and yet it see as pending review. How long would it take if it does come in the DP 10 days I am seeing here? Anyone else have to wait for more than 10 days?

Edit: This morning I received an alert about change in status and today I got a conditional approval and tomorrow I will be walking into the airport for my interview. Got lucky with interview dates.

Apologize if it's been answered but I have a few questions. I just applied for my wife, 3 yr old, and myself. We have a flight from LAX to Fiji in November. Planning to schedule the appointment for all 3 of us the same day of departure.

1. I know I don't need the physical card, but when will I receive the Trusted Travel Number?

2. Will we be able to use the global entry on the return flight to LAX (9 days later) ?

Thank you in advance.

You'll have a TTN once you apply (on the GOES web site) and get "preliminary approval", but it won't do anything to expedite airline travel until after you are fully approved. Approval generally happens shortly after the interview - often just 15 minutes but sometimes as long as 2 weeks.

Applied - 1/14/17
Conditionally approved - 1/27/17
Interview - 1/29/17

My wife took our 9 months old to the her GE interview on 1/29 hoping they could process my daughter's application together. Initially they resisted, but another officer said it was ok. Since then, my wife's GE was approved on the same day but no update on my daughter's application. I was able to get CBP on the phone last month and was told infant's application had to be processed differently due to finger print issues. Does anyone know what is the average wait time for infants to get approved?

Also, should we still go to her original appointment on 3/13/17? It is still showing on the website.

Thank you!
