Fantastic Report! The First Class concierge service sounds outstanding, they really seem to care!

I skimmed through it, it looked very nice. I just wish the pictures were clearer... [and you probably said something in the write-up but as I said, I skimmed]

Good job.

Excellent TR

I too started flying in F at your age, and used to get asked if I was in the right check in line, etc.

I had totally spaced that 9W was even an AA partner. What a great value award

What booking class is 9W award F, and are there any sites that let you search that booking class?

Terrific report. I saw a Jet Airways bird at EWR the other day. Knowing what the first class suites are like I thought to myself, "that's a pretty good way to travel to India." Thanks for posting.
