The All-Airline FT Menu Collection

There are a couple of threads about menus here in trip reports and in some airline forums, but while many menus have been posted on Flyer Talk they are scattered and sometimes difficult to find.

Thus I suggest we have a menu thread for menus not posted elsewhere and links to other posts. I'll maintain a semblance of an index to assist.

I think sorted by airline then class of travel then route(s) and date. Any other suggestions?

While my own menu collection pales into comparison with some others (eg Seat 2A's first class menus, economy class menus of another time, Carfield, CGK and Mofomat's year of first class meals spring to mind), I have a fair collection including a few unusual ones which I am willing to share.
