Not many in this world who can overcome the contradiction inherent in "instant classic." 37rentals qualifies...This strategy and its execution were beyond the pale brilliant!

You, Sir, fit perfectly to this forum. Welcome.
Now if I could only finally get my full license I would love to do just what you did!

Bravo! Loved the part where you told the Avis caller that there is a mistake with your 18 reservations, that it should be 37! Awesome!

The best one ever was the 7,500 Delta Avis SUV promo. I was able to snag several one days over and over again.

Actually, it was Budget.....at my location Avis/Budget are the same desk.....7,500 miles per one day SUV. Here were the details:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...es-budget.html

As best I recall, SUV's could be had for less than $20. Over 500k miles here and some nice first class seats.

Loved the report. Definitely unique. Please post more of your travel journeys, even if they are not as "unique" as the rental cars. Reminds me of when I was in EWR at the Hertz rental car place and there was a lady and when I/my father was getting the keys to the car she felt the need to repeat herself a bunch. "Hi welcome to Hertz, my name is Kim from Hertz". "Hi my name is Kim from Hertz, here are your keys".
