Stu1985 thoroughly enjoyed both of your wedding TR's. You certainly know how to add that bit extra to turn a overnight stay into a bit more of a break and experience.

Did do a double take when i saw the crisps, fancy showing those in your pic, yes the board will be making something of that in due course, nicked from the lounge well, you are not the only one that does it.^

I was maybe caught at a weak moment!

Maybe the crisps weren't nicked. Maybe I opened the pack, had one and then saved the rest for later

Great trip report stu1985 (especially now that I know how much effort you have to put into these things!).

It must have been a real pain waiting for your bag to turn up, something like that can put a right damper on things.

The HOP flight looks very interesting. I've only flown those propeller planes in the states...they are noisy!

What a wonderful setting for a wedding. I loved the smiling balloon!

Paris is a great city. The only thing that spoilt my time there was those annoying young guys selling those tacky little eiffel towers everywhere. You can't get away from them!

Thanks for your comments headingwest. Yes, a pain waiting for the suitcase but I didn't really let it spoil my day. Agree with those annoying street guys selling tat in Paris. All over the place! And they follow you for ages (that was until I put some not so nice French to good use!)

Oh and I forgot to say...you must have been very skillful when taking the photo of the bag that the guy had by his feet on the flight from Aberdeen! The things we do for Flyertalk eh!?

It would be lovely to read except for some of the images being so wide that they don't fit on even a larger monitor, making the text also reflow to wider than the screen. Would it be possible for you to reduce the size of the macroon picture and a couple of others?

Sorry about the noise, it renders OK for me now.
