Really? Does it display anything like a message or something or does it just show the small image icon? Because I don't really have any problem.... If anyone else had this problem, please tell me. What is in place of the icon, I'll try to work with it.....

Alas, I'm seeing the same thing. Bummer too, as my spouse will be in QR Y TBS>GYD>DOH>PHL in a few weeks.
Perhaps you could pick a photo hosting provider that doesn't charge for upgraded bandwidth, such as Flickr?
In place of the actual image, it shows a small gray placeholder that says "Is this your photo? Upgrade to Plus for additional bandwidth."

Oh-no, no, no! There are pictures, they just don't seem to be appearing. I have tried quite a bit to fix this problem, but I don't have a final solution yet. I have literally no idea why its jacking up like this......

You have to pay to upgrade to a greater bandwidth package when using Photobucket, unfortunately.
