Great report. The dilemma of becoming spoiled after experiencing the suite life, maybe sometime I can have that problem. It seems like there is little that compares with their suites.

It was almost unbearable, having to downgrade myself from Suites Class to First Class #suitesproblem

Nice report!

They actually allowed you to route HKG-SFO as HKG-SIN-ICN-SFO for the same mileage?

Any time I've tried to do that it prices as two awards.

Actually that's how they price it online, I'm not sure what you're looking at.

Oh what I did was call in and tell them about this issue online. They helped me out and gave me the 15% discount anyways.
