Thank you all for the nice comments I have been up in the air a lot this week so it would be a while until I post the next part!
I had a tripod with me but almost didn't use it cuz I felt embarrassed. Mostly I put the camera on the table or whatever it's available. Only two photos that I use tripod were the one on the bed 1A on BA55 (when everyone was asleep and the whole cabin was dark and quiet so nobody saw me did it) and the one in the bubble bath (nobody saw it either) hehe.
Just to say that I am loving this trip report. I read a few trip reports per day, but this has to be one of the best I have read in a long time. Great photos!
Just agreeing with others, the BA first class cabin does look cramped. The design of the cabin in terms of colours etc looks very understatedly British. You seam to of had a good crew.
I don't know what it is but I love Lufthansa's style. Its always looks very clean, simple but stylish.
Whats the LH duck like? Is it just a simple yellow rubber duck?

Please! Type more quickly... I want more!!! PLEASE!!!
I am loving this trip report, I am away on a trip at the moment, loaded with a summer head cold and in my room having just had chicken noodle soup and having re-read your report from the start again still think it is fantastic!
As someone who also posts trip reports, I know how much work goes into them, so a big well done for putting it all together too!

This is a really great report! I can't wait to read the rest. i can't believe the photos you've gotten simply by placing the camera on a bench or a trash can. I'm going to have to try this next time I travel alone. I usually just long-arm the photo. I have a whole series where my head is blocking famous landmarks.

I never stay in HKG long enough to do that..... Do I have to stay long? I could try some in BKK.... but never thought of doing it...
My suit was done in reality about 3 days. It was over a weekend. Went in Friday morning, first fitting that afternoon, monday afternoon returned and it fit perfectly! no issues at all and a reasonable price to (compared to australia anyway)

+1
I've done the same. One time I had a long connection time in between going both directions. So, on my way to SIN, I did the fitting. A few days later, on my way back to SFO, I picked up my suit!
