Disappointing to see another report that the SQ product is slipping.
I will be sad to see the Mega Ark disappear - I was always fascinated with those plane travelling to SIN when I was growing up.

You're absolutely right about the Sheraton FRA. I've used it a few times but it's been a terrible experience each time. The other Sheraton in Frankfurt is equally bad. I've started staying at the Hyatt Mainz whenever I need to overnight in FRA. It's just a few minutes away on the ICE and *far* better than the other hotels I've tried in the area.

Yup, was noticeably worse than my last SQ F flight on the same route.
