He's still not back. He had started another TR, maybe 6 or 12 months ago and never finished. Anyone know what happened? Perhaps she who must not be named found out about FT?

Thank you very much, Eightblack.
I like your reports an your humour a lot, too.
...and thanks to Sandiego1k for the good news that Eightback is well.
That's what counts most.

Your lucky day.
Circa 2010, Eightblack briefly had a blog. There are handful of short stories. It's not a replacement for his work here, but it may tide you over.
Like many things internet, his writings aren't there, but not forgotten.
The blog can be found at archive.org and not the original site, which is gone. Since it's on archive.org, some links may be broken and some images not be present.
"EK404 and the Poltergeist" and "The Wrong Way To Travel" seem to be lost, other links work, you'll have to click around.
Caveats: The language may be saltier than on Flyertalk and it will cause the usual damage to your productivity for an hour or so.

[the wayback machine often snapshots several copies. It may be possible some of the lost links are present in a capture from a different date. Click left and right arrows in the top row to try a different capture date.]
