How many domestic lounges are in cities where the airline only has two destinations?

Yesterday while at MCI I got to thinking that American has an Admirals Club there even though they only have flights to two cities (ORD and DFW). I got to wondering how many other airlines had clubs where they only operated service to two cities.

Continental has lounges in SAT and AUS, both of which are only service to IAH and EWR, as well as LGA (IAH/CLE, I'm not counting the 1x weekly AUA flight...).

Before NW was bought out by DL
* DCA - Destinations MSP, DTW

I think you should question which domestic lounges are in cities where the airline has very few departures, with no international departures. Having a NW lounge in DCA makes sense, as there are a lot of departures . . . not to mention that an important person like me flies out of DCA.

DCA has long had flights to MEM, and even in the past few years had service to some Heartland cities on CRJs out of DCA.

Expanding from 2 to 3 cities served the vast majority of CO's PCs would qualify. The only ones that would not would be EWR, IAH, CLE, GUM, FLL, HNL and SEA. The rest serve at most the 3 mainland hubs.

If you consider non-US airlines, I believe that TG has a domestic lounge in HKT, but they only fly to 2 destinations from there, BKK and CNX.

BD has a lounge in DUB despite only flying to LHR, albeit a few times a day. It's used by the majority of the *A partners, though, so not sure if this counts.

The rest serve at most the 3 mainland hubs.
LAX also serves the Hawaii flights (LAX-HNL right now, with LAX-OGG resuming in a month or so).

FLL also has plenty of CO Connection service on Gulfstream around Florida and the Bahamas.

SEA has an ANC flight as well as the three hubs.

I forgot about the LAX-HNL flight. The other two (FLL, SEA) I excluded from the hub-only list.
