Interesting, consider the number of countries I have visited, there are very few land crossing.

Switzerland-Austria by train
Austria-Germany by passenger van

Singapore-Malaysia by train, bus, taxi and foot.

Singapore-Indonesia by ferry

All other countries I have visited are by air.
