Inaugral Flights
Interested in how many have been on a inaugral flight, new service between
2 cities or on the first flight when a airline starts new service out of a city.

Not routes, but just as notable:
First UA 744 flight, LAX-SYD (our first flight certificates called it "Syndey"!)
Last flight of the first 727-100, SFO-SEA
First UA flight to arrive LHR T1
Almost on the last UA DC-6, RNO-SFO, but they kept it in service an extra week

My job involves setting up new stations for my airline, so flying on the inaugural flight is usually an occupational neccessity.
