TWA
There may be a few Carribean airlines that I flew as a kid and/or teen but it has been awhile since I've been down there I don't know if they are still in operation or not.

What is the definition of an airline that no longer exists? Does a name change (like Jersey European to FlyBe) mean that the airline no longer exists even if there has been no change of ownership?
Anyway... here are mine. Or some of them. I can't actually remember them all - or in some cases I remember the airline but I'm not sure of its correct name.
In alphabetical order:
Air Atlantique (still exists as a company, but no longer runs scheduled flights)
Air Bremen
Air Europe
Air UK
British Caledonian
British Island Airways
Buzz
Canadian Airlines
Dan Air
Eurodirect (or some such like)
Finnaviation
Gill Air
Go
Hamburg Airlines
Roland Air (or do they still exist?)
I'm sure there are more - and I haven't included airlines that have merely changed their names (like Suckling Airways)
