As this question is too general, it is to be moved to TravelBuzz where frequent travellers may be better in helping you with this.

Quite a few do - there have been other threads on the subject that may provide greater detail.
In the past year (and off the top of my head) I've received cards from the following:
Singapore
Thai
Air China
ANA
Asiana
Qantas (not strictly Asian)
Air New Zealand (not strictly Asian)
JAL
Air Asia has them for sale
Hopefully someone else can fill in for Cathay, Korean, China Eastern, China Southern, Shanghai, Vietnam, Garuda, and the others that I've missed.
Never been able to get them from Malaysian, but I've never flown long-haul with them.

One of my favorite souvenirs is a pack of official Saudi Arabian Airlines playing cards. Given that takeoffs are preceded by prayers and SV's idea of inflight entertainment is Quran recitals and an arrow pointing to Mecca, I was quite surprised to find such inducements to sinful gambling in the duty-free catalog, but only on my very last flight out of the Kingdom did they actually have them in stock.
