JAL. I find the rising phoenix very attractive and, judging by current trip reports vs past history, very indicative of the airline's renaissance.
CX - Understated, clean. Dare I say quietly sophisticated? (in contrast with HK )
Worst:
Virgin Australia's solid red virgin blue planes.
easyjet - not a fan of orange

My favorites include JL circa 2002, IR and OZ's before the current one. GA's current one and two previous ones are alright, as is SV's.
The worst are the rest that I've seen, which is enough.
Though, none of this means that I limit the carriers with which I fly...

Best/worst airline livery?
Maybe in the minority, but I like AA's new livery. I truly despise the liveries of Jetstar, Southwest, and Sun Country. Have never even flown the latter two, just find them to be absolute eyesores whenever I've had the displeasure of plane spotting them.

But I digress...the big silver birds are eye-catching on a bright, sunny day, cutting a path across a deep blue sky.
Worst: Unidental. (Yeah, that's United). Strange how the word "continental" looked so aesthetically pleasing with that livery, but not "United".
