Hotels with recliners

A friend of mine is looking for a hotel chain that has recliners in the room. He mentioned La Quinta, but said he's looking for something a little nicer, three or four star.

He most frequently stays in Southern California, LA and Orange County.

Any ideas?

Your friend will probably need to call the properties directly to check, but I have seen recliners mostly at the all-suite places, like StayBridge (Holiday Inn) and Residence Inn (Marriot).
