Stupid question.. if I remember correctly, when I had the lite-version, and I right clicked on a flight result, I would get a pop-up with the ability to get the seat map for the flight (I could be mistaken as this was a while ago). Now I'm having trouble getting the seat map.
I'm using 2.10/Gold.
Search using Apollo: ITN/CWT
YYZ-HKG
Returns multiple results
Right click on a specific result | Seat map/Book Segment
The next menu gives me:
Apollo...
Sabre...
Galileo..
Worldspan...
Worldspan...
Worldspan...
I know the first two Worldspan options are only available to Plat. members. However, the other options bring me to booking flights.
How do I get the seat maps? I've done a search on this thread for "seat map" and went through all the results but none seemed to pertain to my situation.
Disregard my post. I was able to get it to work via Gallileo by going to book the fare then cancelling, then bringing up the seat map. Guess that'll do, but I could have sworn there was a GUI click way to bring up the maps before

I just don't know if it can help me personally, I might have overlooked the answer on the FAQ........
I am looking for award travel. Either United Airlines or Star Alliance award seats.
I understand the tool and it seems to be the best one outside of web-based tools, but from my understanding it would not show award seats for united or for star alliance members(looking at air new zealand right now).
Did I miss something? Or does the program just not do that rigtht now? If it did I would not mind paying a price!

It can only display published fares (and certain "web/e-" fares). Contract and other confidential and negotiated fares are specific to a particular agency, so they can't be shown...
