The users guide says that flight/operational information is available including specific reasons for delays. Yet the software appears to use FlightStats.com as the source of information. FlightStats.com, at least in my experience, does not give specific reasons for delays. Can the KVSTool pull specific delay information from the airlines's system, such as Sabre?
The detailed operational info used to be available via FlightStats, but that appears to have changed. Now, such info can be obtained via the [Operational Info (Amadeus)] option for AC/UA/US/LH/OS/SK/TP/LO/JK/BD/TK/SQ/NZ/NH/OZ/TG/SA + NW.

Hi, KVS. Any update on full routing rules availability? To me, this was one of the prime features of the KVS Tool.
Regretfully, no. I certainly share your disappointment in the disappearance of this feature, but hope that, in the meantime, you will continue to enjoy the many other features of the KVS Tool ...
I'm searching for Award availability on routes between SEA and LHR using Amadeus/OneWorld and I can see the availability from LHR to SEA on BA with no difficulty, but whenever I try to search for SEA to LHR, I get the error message which states, "Award availability cannot be checked for the specified origin and/or destination. Please checked extended and try again..."
I've got the extended mode checked, and it works flawlessly for the opposite directions. Any ideas?

It's one of the [current] limitations of the QF award availability engine.
When searching for SkyTeam awards on Delta for ATL to FCO, I get a "Route too complex" error, even though I know Delta flies a nonstop on this route. What's the problem?

There is a periodically recurring issue with award availability for some of DL's long-haul flights. Please try again in a day or so...

So KVS looks like a pretty amazing tool. But I fly Mexicana 90% of the time and it looks like info for Mexicana may be pretty limited. So...
Can KVS tell me how many seats are available on a specific Mexicana flight in fare class K?
Can it tell me if award upgrades are available for a specific Mexicana flight? Thank you.
