What am I doing wrong? I can never seem to bring up any seat maps. It always says the seat map is not supported for this cabin. I normally try and see it for TG flights in Biz. Can anyone else see them?

That bug in one of the Microsoft-provided components affected a very small number of users, mostly those who were using the Tablet PC functionality.

Yeah I tried it via Amadeus and it worked fine, I must have been trying it via Apollo before which still doesn't work though. No big deal at least I can see the seatmap's. Thanks KVS

PTC are the Passenger Type Codes:

ADT=Adult
CNN=Accompanied Child
INS=Infant with a Seat
