Pls re-submit your request using the Registration Wizard, by clicking the [Request Registration] button on the Registration screen.

I'm getting a Datasource Error: "Announcements" If the reason(s) for the above message are unclear, please click the [?] button to review the latest system status announcements.

When I do, the page doesn't show any indication that would explain the error. I've tried a couple of well traveled routes, both local and international. All give the same error.

Suggestions? Am I doing something wrong, I search the forums for this error but came back with no hits.

Sounds like you are using an outdated version of the Tool ...

Then it must be a connectivity/proxy issue on your local system or network -- pls refer to the KVS Tool FAQ under "Error 35756: Unable to complete request [Inet]" for troubleshooting suggestions.

Windows Vista users, who experience application crashes, when using the Tool, should install the following update from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

The necessary changes will be incorporated into the Tool's Setup, starting from the next version.

I am trying to retrieve the seat map (Apollo text) for a LH flight in first, which shows classes F0 A0. The system only provides me with the business class section (which shows C6).
Is the seat map only available when the fare class is still available ?

The ability to retrieve seat maps for zeroed-out cabins will be available in the upcoming version.

In the meantime, if you just provide the flight #/date, I can post the F seat map here...
