BPT (Beaumont, TX) does. The only commercial air service is an AA route to/from DFW. UA runs a shuttle bus 3x day from BPT-IAH. I booked tickets a couple times ex-BPT (back in 2013?) because UA used to price certain routes far cheaper if you originated at BPT vs taking the direct flight from IAH. Saved money and got the extra PQS to boot.

CMX: Houghton/Hancock, MI in the Upper Peninsula. Just a small building and parking lot in front. You even have to pull the door open to get inside the terminal. 2 flights a day to ORD that cancels a lot in winter.

I think you are confirming what I’m reading online about benefits of the Premier Membership at COS. For the $279 annual fee, you get free valet parking. This sounds great, as I was planning on using the long-term parking as I work a part-time job at Fort Carson and live in Texas. I bought a car to leave at COS and use when I’m in town. May I assume there are no restrictions on how long one can leave the car in valet? Thanks for the info.

there are some commercial flights from general aviation hangars
some with high and or regular hotel status may be able to get free parking at airport hotels
airport membership with parking etc is cool, is it still uncommon at this point?
LAX for example has first paid private terminal (for commercial) in US, costs a lot, so free valet parking benefit etc becomes irrelevant (that it is free)

Scottsbluff, Nebraska has free parking. Of course, it barely qualifies with its twice daily service to Denver. And one end of the runway is used by the sheriff's department as a gun range.
