For the Gold/Business lounges of airlines you are mostly restricted by their opening hours. A lot of them are not open for 24 hours. Anyhow, if they are it shouldn't be a problem to stay as long as you want if you got in. (most lounges will only let you in with a same day boarding pass)
Anyhow, maximum stay length is hard to enforce once you're in.

You could spend that amount of time in the Turkish Airlines lounge in Istanbul which is open 24/7 and it's sometimes common for TK passengers to have longer than 24h layover which you could theoretically spend in the lounge but TK will give you a complimentary hotel room if your layover is over 10h.
I don't recommend playing the game of excessively booking refundable tickets just for lounge access, once is ok just incase of an emergency.

Depends on the T&C of the lounge, e.g. most of the Priority Pass or independent contracted lounges allow a maximum stay of 3 hours.

Depends on the lounge.
With airline lounges it is probably impossible. Either you're restricted by opening hours or entrance is restricted to passengers holding same-day departing tickets.
Moreover, I don't see the reason to spend more time at the lounge, than necessary. Sure, it's a nice distraction before the flight. But once you stay for longer periods (>3H), it gets boring rather quickly.
