East Berlin, Germany

Kano, Nigera
West Berlin, Germany. (Yes, this counts--this was in the time of the Iron Curtain. The two airports were in different countries at the time.)
Obviously, each trip had an overland component between the in and the out.
Into only:
New Delhi, India

According to FlightMemory. As I don't travel so often (leisure only), I don't have the opportunity to go back at the same places and knock some airports off the list, and prefer open jaw tickets when possible and practical.
