Are you trying to offer this for sale to members? I don't think that is part of FT. Your thread title mentions gifting it but it seems more that you want to sell the ticket.
As for transferability/name change, in general most tickets don't allow for it but some do so you'd need to review the rules of that individual ticket and its fare code.
You could change the ticket's date or destination for a time or location that will be more fitting.
