Light therapy for jet lag?
Other than drinking plenty of water during the flight, the only other thing I do to try beat jet lag is spending as much time as possible in sunlight after I reach the destination.
Yesterday I came across this article on CNN.
http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/08/health...ent/index.html
"This study builds on previous research published in 2014, which found that light therapy works best at night because the body's circadian rhythms are more sensitive to light at night, even through closed eyelids."
Sounds like sleeping with the light on for few nights before the trip might help? Any one has any experience?
