IME: New Zealand will in Business (I don't think they offer First.) It's "Flip-it-over" technology and they prefer to do it themselves.

UA will not on long-haul Business. There's no mattress to be offered, just some blankets and pillows.

BA will always make your bed up in F and, if it's not offered when you want it, asking always secures the mattress and turn down service.

Last 2 Global F flights IAD-LHR on UA I was told "They didn't load the under mattresses".

On recent flights on the 787 LOT puts a little sheet over the seat and has a nice pillow and comforter TK has a whole kit including a pad comforter and pillow. At least on the A330 they also have a seat pad. Needed, their seats are possibly the worst I've experienced, impossible to get comfortable.

On my KIX-IST & IST-LAX flights on TK, the FA offers to make up bed with their new "Sky Illusion Sleeping Collection":

"The collection is presented in the packages arranged as "Bohça –bundle-", is used as a hospitality indicator in the Turkish society for centuries as well as being an unalterable element of Turkish culture. ‘Bohça’ consists of
  • ‘Sleeping Pad’, designed in sizes fully adaptable to the seat;
  • ‘Quilt’, covering the body with its soft satin fabric;
  • ‘Sleeping Pillow’, making the head and neck comfortable with its size of standard sleeping pillow for long-haul flights;
  • ‘Waist Pillow’, backing the waist completely with memory foam while sitting on the seat ; and
  • ‘Slipper’, ensuring comfort of feet with its 100% cotton and special quilted fabric."

FA holding "Bohça":
