There are probably others that don't come to mind. Of the below, only UA still exists, at least as a name if not as the airline we used to like. Dang merger.

I did fly NW a few times as a kid, but cant recall the aircraft.

Kind of confused if some of these don't fall into this thread's category, call me out if they don't:
MetroJet (US Airways LCC) - 737-200
Delta Express (Delta LCC) - 737-200

That's all I can remember, some of the airlines have only changed names and some will be retired within the next couple of years.
