Most Boring Airport Terminal
After spending a week in Vegas, and having picked up a couple of people during my stay, I have to say T3 at Las Vegas is my vote, especially by the carosels.
There's no art, minimal signage, no interesting design, and it's beige beige beige,

First - What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Apparently, you did not get this important memo
Second - Vegas does not need the airport to be attractive. People almost leave immediately after arrival

Try CCU domestic.
On arrival, the jet bridge dumps you into an empty space with white walls, no decoration, no shops, not even any seats. It's not a hallway to anywhere...this is just the actual arrival lobby.
On departure, you're in a long hall with the gates and some seating, a couple kiosks selling the usual airport junk, and that's it. The toilets may be the most intriguing feature about the whole place.

The Alaska Airlines terminal in Nome, Alaska is boring. Just a converted hanger with carpet and some chairs added. No jetways or stores or art.
San Antonio is not so bad.
Jackson, MS is not the worse but no frills other than jetways, heating, ac, etc.
I think Red Dog, AK is primitive but I have never been there.
I have been to some primitive airports with no commercial service, like the grass strip at Kadoka, SD.
I have also been to JMA, which was merely a counter at a hotel and a fenced in part of the parking lot that was a helicopter pad.

MEX. Impressively bad example of the 1960's fetish for concrete and French Brutalism architecture. Coupled with Mexican skill at disorganization, it's simply horrible/boring despite the chaos.

HAN - shocking check-in, bad lighting, bad seating, woeful retail, two identical (and bad) contract lounges in an empty upstairs area.
They do have airbridges but you still often get bussed.
