I just collected these guide apps and PDF downloads, I thought you may be interested. Here's the list:

I'll add that Airports by TravelNerd (iPhone) is a great resource for basic gate maps of major airports. Not sure how often the content is updated, so the shops and restaurants may not be totally reliable.
