Is Airtreks a good choice

Hello, I am new to flyertalk and have not found any threads that speak directly about whether Airtreks is a good company to use for RTW/multi-city trips. I'm looking at a trip in November that has 4 or 5 destinations and got a quote from Airtreks which was better than other search's I've done on my own. I'm just not sure I should use them or not. Has anyone used Airtreks to plan a trip? What was your good or bad experiences with them? I don't really like how they will not email me the trip details until after I've purchased and am also worried about whether they would help if one of my flights they book got delayed or cancelled and affected the rest of my flight segments. Thanks for any insight on this topic!
