Tour of Airspace Lounge at T5 JFK

I went on a private tour of the new JetBlue Airspace Lounge that will be opening today at Terminal 5 at JFK. Information on the new lounge can be found at Airspace Lounges website: http://www.airspacelounge.com/jfk/

I wrote about the new club and posted some photos I took here: http://first2board.com/willrunformil...nge-at-t5-jfk/

One shower seems insufficient for the number of red-eyes arriving at JFK each morning.

T5 at JFK is almost entirely for jetBlue flights.

Not bad ... the lounge seems like a very good deal even for a one time pass.

Thank you. Note that admission is complementary if you hold an American Express Platinum or Centurion charge card. (This does not include any other platinum colored credit cards issued by American Express, such as Delta Skymiles co-branded cards.)

Does anyone know if Priority Pass will be accepted for entry?

No, I don't think so. I have seen no mention of Priority Pass anywhere to suggest that it would be accepted at an Airspace lounge.

I asked about Priority Pass-and the answer is no. Tho the lounge is nice, it is likely too small and will get crowded especially during peak hours.

None.

It just happens to be in the JetBlue terminal at JFK, but mostly for the Aer Lingus flights which also operate there.

It is a nice space inside. And the food I tried was pretty good, too. Given that I get "free" access with my AmEx I'll likely use it when flying on JetBlue. Not that it will make me fly JetBlue more, but I will use it when there. I've got a bunch more photos of it here.
